you can download here free iclone 7 girls character. it is easy to use in iclone software and make animation video. you can change this character texture.

 import the girl character in iclone software select the character and go to modify panel than materiel. you can select any materiel and launch in Photoshop software. and change any texture or color. 

if do you want change face. go to modify panel select create face option and import. use crop tool to crop the image according to the dimensions and the angle of the face.

Select proper face and gender, then scale and rotate the outline box in accordance with the contour of the head.  

Rotate the mask to match the head orientation. 

Match feature points to facial feature. Move feature points if needed. than ok and save or use character.
