For make make of joke 3d animation in iclone software. first make 3d models. we can't make make of joke character in iclone/character creator. we can make 3d model use 3ds max/maya blender.  after make charactes with morpher and skining export charactes fbx formate. than go to 3dxchange and stupe character and send to iclone. 

after that we can make character motion use iclone software for make video.  

and we can make own motion by using timeline key frame motion. for make a motion go to modify panel select animation edit motion layer.

after that you can make you can make own motion/animation. 

you can add more camera and make complete 3d make of joke animation video in iclone software.

After making your animation completely, you will have to render your video, to complete you have to go to the render tab, from there you can select the format of your video, it would be better that we select MP4 there only. After selecting MP4, we also have to select the size of our video there, you can render your video in hd 4k there, after that whatever you have done, After making a video, you can use Filmora or Adobe Premiere Pro to edit your video, where you can modify your audio in your video in a better way as well as more You can also use video editing to do good color correction, after which your video is complete.
