animation tips- 

import this male character in iclone software. select your character and go to content panel and select animation tab. 

apply persona motion. 

Right click for your character and select perform motion one by one. press f3 for open Timeline. you can loop motion, change speed, cut motion...

you can make animation on the timeline. 1 second animation is made in 30 frame. Whatever time you want to make animation, you have to make it keeping in mind the frame. While animation of the character, you have to take care of motion and transformer.

If you take very good care of motion and transform while animating, then work very well with them, then your animation will also be very good.
